Science Teacher or Science Fair Advisor: 

To enter the Worcester Regional Science and Engineering Fair, you and your students should download the following: either an Individual Registration Form or a Team Registration Form, Rules and Regulations for displays, a Media Release Form, a Sample Score Sheet, an entry Checklist, a Letter to Students, and a Letter to Teachers.   (All of which are listed on the left menu of the website.) Please make the necessary copies you need for your students.  Each school can send up to twelve (12) projects either team or individual.  Please make sure students are aware of the Rules and Regulations for displays at the fair as these will be strictly enforced. Also, please fill out the School Information Form( also on left menu of website) and include it with your registrations. 

The 2010 Massachusetts State Science and Engineering Fair Student Checklist (1A)  & Research Plan, Approval Form(1B) and Checklist for Teacher/Adult sponsor(1)  must be completed and submitted for each project.  These forms can be found at the state fair web site, www.scifair.com.  If the project requires prior approval, the Research Plan and the appropriate consent forms should have been submitted to the Scientific Review Committee on or before January 13, 2010. 

Teachers who accompany their students to the fair should check in at the registration desk and pick up a complementary lunch ticket.
